Welcome back to From the Booth. The online store has been live for a day now, Apple Hill is heading into its Halloween weekend, and there's weather on the way — here's the week at the Ranch.
The week's weather at Apple Hill
Thursday and Friday are your dry days in Camino — cloudy to partly cloudy with highs around 59–60°. Saturday (Halloween) brings real rain: high near 52° with showers most of the day, so if you're coming up for the last big fall weekend, Friday is the day to beat the weather. Sunday clears out sunny around 57°, and early next week settles into the low 60s and dry. Down the hill in El Dorado Hills it runs about 5–8 degrees warmer, with the same Saturday showers.
Off the booth this week
Two signs went home with folks from the booth this week: the Bitch Barn signs and the 2nd Amend Shield signs in copper — the shield reads "Issued 1791 — Expires Never," and it never stays on the wall long. The shop only just opened online, so as orders start coming in we'll have a proper top 3 to share here every week.
Sign of the week: Battle Flag signs
Our best-selling Battle Flag signs keep earning the spotlight. Cut from 18-gauge steel and powder coated, they hang just as well over a workbench or a front porch as they do in a cabin — and with three sizes and a wood-mount option, they're one of the most gifted signs we make. Halloween is Saturday, and the Ranch season rolls on Thursday through Monday into November.
